VINYASA (Beginner Level)

Beginning with Sun A & Sun B flows, followed by deep time under tension muscle focus movements to the beat of the music. Full body breakdown including: core, arm wrap (bicep, tricep, back, shoulders), legs (hamstrings, quadriceps) and glute burnout (outer, inner, center).

*Bodyweight or with Resistance Bands

Gentle guided yoga using breath to guide movements and poses. Beginner level postures & simple flows.

Restorative & slow practice that holds poses for longer periods of time in order to access the deeper layers of fascia.

SCULPT + CARDIO BURST

Set to the beat of the music, our full body deep time under tension sculpt workout with added HIIT style bursts to raise heart rate and benefit cardiovascular health. Targeted muscle area focused sections (glutes, leg and upper body) and a deep fire core burnout.
